I own a 2012 Honda Freed (7-seater, fully loaded). Overall it's a great family car, but for a while now I've had an issue with the AC mode. Air only comes from the lower (footwell) vents instead of the upper dashboard vents, even when I select face mode. From what I've found, this is usually a faulty mode door actuator.
